Our SOAP interface will have you operating within a couple of hours.  Our single step automated registration system handles: 1) subscriber registration, 2) MSAG validation, and 3) serving PSAP determination.  Your subscriber will be routed to the correct PSAP immediately upon registration should they need to place an emergency call.  Address information (ALI) is also available immediately in various formats, depending upon the PSAP, including those with I2, E2, or PRE-I2.
